After Care

Following a treatment programme many clients are vulnerable and often find that the first year out of treatment can be difficult. Twin Rivers has an aftercare programme that is designed as a follow-up to primary and secondary treatment programmes, offering support and encouragement.

Twin Rivers has a network of ex-clients and counsellors, not just in South Africa but around the world. These people are on hand to provide the guidance and encouragement which one may require during the healing process.
